It’s been over two months since Google announced a long-awaited update to their search algorithm: mobile friendly sites will rank higher than their non-mobile friendly counterparts. The results are in and statistics show that mobile sites are indeed performing better, however not as dramatically as we anticipated. This change will likely be weened into play over the next year at which point non-mobile friendly websites will sink to the bottom of the barrel.
